We operate under the principle of Digital Sovereignty. This means that while we provide the infrastructure, we are committed to ensuring you retain ownership and control over the data processed within your bstarOne environment.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Data Protection Act 2018 (the DPA 2018), the UK GDPR, and the bstarOne AI Ethics Framework. This policy explains how we handle personal data as a Data Controller for our services, and as a Data Processor regarding your business infrastructure.
2. GOOGLE API DISCLOSURE
Our application, bstar-so-marketing, utilizes Google APIs to facilitate automated marketing and CRM sync. To comply with Google's Limited Use requirements:
- Functional Use: Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- Privacy Guarantee: We do not sell Google user data to third parties, ad networks, or data brokers. Data is used solely to provide your requested workspace functionality.
3. ALEX & AI DATA SECURITY
When interacting with Alex (your personal AI business assistant) or utilizing bstarAI features, we utilize Zero-Training protocols. This means your proprietary business data is never used to train global public AI models. Your Brand DNA remains cryptographically isolated within your instance.
4. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect and use data to provide the bstarOne experience, including:
- Identity & Contact: Name, business email, and phone for account management and Vanguard/CreatorPro participation.
- Usage Data: Interaction metrics within bstarOffice, bstarCRM, and Magicflows to optimize system performance.
- Billing Data: bstarCredits history and subscription status via secure payment partners.
5. YOUR RIGHTS & DATA PORTABILITY
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your data. Unique to the bstarOne Subscribe to Own model, you also have an enhanced right to Infrastructure Portability: the ability to migrate your entire database and AI logic to your own independent server environment at the end of your contract term.

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the bstarOne Unified Engine and the Success Partnership agreement between You and bstardigital Ltd. By accessing our infrastructure, engaging with Alex, or utilizing bstarCredits, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
You represent that you are over the age of 18 and are using the Service for professional or business purposes. The Company does not permit use by minors or for non-commercial personal use.
2. DEFINITIONS
- Ecosystem: Refers to the collective suite of tools including bstarOffice, bstarCRM, bstarMedia, and Magicflows.
- Alex: The proprietary AI business assistant layer provided within the Service.
- Subscribe to Own (S2O): The contractual framework allowing Partners to transition from a hosted model to a self-sovereign environment.
- Business Logic: The specific AI prompts, custom workflows, and database structures developed for Your specific instance.
3. SOVEREIGNTY & DATA OWNERSHIP
We operate on the principle of Digital Sovereignty. This ensures that the user, not the provider, remains the master of their business intelligence.
Your Assets: You retain 100% ownership of your "Brand DNA," customer data, proprietary media, and custom-built Magicflows.
Infrastructure Portability: Under the Subscribe to Own framework, upon completion of your qualifying term, You have the right to request a Full Data & Logic Export. This allows you to migrate your entire database and custom AI configurations to an independent private server environment. Note: This refers to your specific data and configurations, not the Company's underlying proprietary engine code.
4. USER CONDUCT
When using bstarOne and Alex, You agree not to:
- Use the engine to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the bstarAI core architecture or proprietary source code.
- Resell access to your instance without being an authorized Vanguard or CreatorPro partner.
5. bstarCREDITS & PAYMENTS
Access to AI compute and specialized Workspaces is managed via bstarCredits. Credits are consumed based on processing intensity and are non-refundable.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in limited access to the hosting environment. However, your right to your data remains intact as per our Data Sovereignty guarantee.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, bstardigital Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of profits resulting from AI-generated suggestions. Alex is a business assistant; all final executive decisions and legal compliance of generated content are the responsibility of the User.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (Company No. 16560818). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manchester, UK.

- Non-Disclosure: We do not share your proprietary business data with public LLM providers for the purpose of global model training.
- Encryption: All sensitive data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols both in transit and at rest.
3. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
For users outside the UK, or when utilizing global cloud nodes, we ensure data protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and robust transfer mechanisms that match or exceed the protection levels guaranteed under the UK GDPR.

Under our Digital Sovereignty guarantee, we respect your right to be forgotten. If you choose to terminate your Success Partnership, you may request the total purging of your personal data and the decommissioning of your isolated AI instance.

Vanguard Partner Terms
The Vanguard Partner Program is a high-level professional track for experts deploying the bstarOne Unified Infrastructure and Alex, the personal AI business assistant. Participation is governed by these specific commercial and ethical terms.
1. Commission & Revenue Split
- Recurring SaaS Commission: Partners earn a 30% recurring monthly commission on all active bstarOne subscriptions and Alex workspace fees deployed via their unique Partner ID.
- Service & Setup Splits: Partners retain 80% of all implementation, consulting, and Brand DNA training fees charged to the end client.
- Payment Terms: Commissions are calculated monthly and disbursed via the Partner's chosen gateway after a 30-day clearing period.
2. Professional Standards & Certification
Vanguard Partners are "Certified AI Implementation Specialists." To maintain active status and access to the Vanguard Portal, Partners must:
- 01. Complete the Vanguard Sprint training, focusing on the deployment of private AI assistants and autonomous infrastructure.
- 02. Adhere to the bstarOne AI Ethics Framework, ensuring Zero-Training protocols are maintained for all end clients.
- 03. The $50 commitment fee is fully reimbursed in bstarCredits upon successful completion of the initial certification.
3. Relationship of Parties
The Vanguard Partner is an Independent Success Partner. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. Partners are authorized to deploy and manage Alex instances for clients but have no authority to bind bstardigital Ltd to any external legal obligations.
CreatorPro & Architect Path Terms
The CreatorPro program is designed for Agencies, Influencers, and MSPs who white-label the bstarOne Unified Engine to provide proprietary Alex-powered solutions to their own client base.
1. White-Label & Branding Rights
Architects are granted the right to rebrand the bstarOne engine and the Alex AI interface as a "Powered By" or fully white-labeled platform.
- Platform Ownership: Architects own the direct billing relationship and the primary client interface.
- Brand Integrity: While the UI is customizable, the infrastructure remains anchored to bstarOne's Sovereign Cloud and Zero-Training AI protocols to protect end-user data.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Co-Building
In the "Co-Build" model, the unique configuration of Alex, proprietary prompts, and custom "Magicflows" developed by the Architect remain the Exclusive IP of the Architect.
- 01. The Logic Gap: bstardigital Ltd provides the core "Engine," while the Architect provides the specific "Business Logic" and "Domain Intelligence."
- 02. IP Retention: If an Architect exits the program, they retain full ownership of their proprietary datasets, custom AI configurations, and Brand DNA assets.
3. MSP Infrastructure Responsibility
As an Architect, you act as the sovereign administrator for your sub-accounts. Your responsibilities include:
- Tier-1 Success Support for end-clients regarding their specific Alex configurations.
- Management of client-side bstarCredits allocation and billing.
bstardigital Ltd provides Tier-2 technical backend support and infrastructure maintenance directly to the Architect.
